Marilyn T. Jamain has been a licensed attorney for more than forty years, dedicating her career to helping individuals and families through life’s transitions and challenges. She began her legal journey serving disadvantaged communities and expanding access to legal services for those in need, gaining broad experience in both civil and criminal law.
As a founding member and longtime partner of Cleary & Josem LLP, Marilyn spent more than three decades developing and overseeing the firm’s Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and Estate Law departments. She has represented clients in state courts, federal courts, and administrative tribunals, always guided by the belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
In 2021, Marilyn realized a lifelong dream by opening Jamain Law. Her practice focuses primarily on Estate Planning and Workers’ Compensation while also assisting clients with Personal Injury and Social Security Disability matters. When a matter calls for specialized expertise, she collaborates with carefully selected attorneys to provide comprehensive representation while preserving the personal attention her clients deserve and value.
Marilyn’s approach to practicing law is deeply personal. Having experienced both profound loss and tremendous joy in her own life, she understands that every person’s journey includes unexpected hardships and meaningful milestones. As a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, she believes that clients should never feel like just another file on an attorney’s desk. They deserve to be heard, understood, and guided with competence and compassion.

John Bell, Business Advisor
John B. Bell has spent virtually his entire life as an entrepreneur. He founded his first state-registered business in 1974 and went on to build and lead multiple companies serving specialized construction and industrial markets for nearly fifty years.
Throughout his career, John held leadership roles at the local, regional, and national levels, including serving on the National Workforce Development and Manpower Training Committees of the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America. He also developed extensive expertise in industrial renovation. John has testified as an expert witness in construction-related legal matters.
Recognizing the importance of communication in leadership and persuasion, John immersed himself in public speaking and leadership development through Toastmasters International, earning the organization’s highest designation, Distinguished Toastmaster. Today, he is the founder of Outstanding Orator, where he coaches professionals, entrepreneurs, attorneys, and community leaders to communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and influence.
John’s commitment to service extends well beyond business. He has served on vocational and technical education advisory committees throughout the Lehigh Valley, has been active with the Chamber of Commerce, SkillsUSA, Partners in Education, and the Boy Scouts of America, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of MiLHO a nonprofit dedicated to providing medical information to non-English-speaking populations in their native languages. He is dedicated to community service and has built and repaired homes throughout the world for populations suffering from natural disasters. He grew up in the Lehigh Valley and continues to champion many causes for those in need in his hometown. From restoring historic buildings in Easton, PA to serving in food kitchens and shelters, John always answers the call.

Susan Weiss, Paralegal
Susan is a seasoned paralegal with more than 30 years of experience supporting clients and attorneys in Workers’ Compensation and Estate Planning matters. She believes that every client has a story — and that truly effective legal support begins with listening. Guided by compassion and empathy, she strives to ensure that each person feels understood, respected, and supported throughout their legal journey.
Throughout her career, Susan has supported families through the Estate process and has drafted all types of estate documents. She has been there at times of confusion and distress and has served as a guide and mentor. Susan has also worked closely with injured workers seeking the benefits they deserve during difficult times. She is known for her patience, warmth, and ability to explain complex legal issues in a way that feels clear and reassuring. Clients appreciate her steady presence, her responsiveness, and her commitment to making sure they always know what to expect.
In her role, Susan assists with case management, document preparation, research, client communication, and the day-to-day coordination that keeps cases moving smoothly. Her decades of experience allow her to anticipate needs, maintain exceptional organization, and provide the firm’s attorneys with reliable, detail driven support. Susan has worked alongside Marilyn for many years, and they have developed a productive team approach.
Outside the office Susan lives with her long-time partner, Jerry, and is a proud mother of two adult sons and grandmother to four amazing granddaughters. Her favorite moments are spent with family. She also enjoys reading, gardening, and staying active through regular exercise—interests that bring balance, joy, and renewal to her life.
